We understand there may be circumstances which require an exchange. The following information offers you help in directing you through our simple policies and procedures for exchanges or returns.
1. Exchanging a Defective Product
Manufacturer warranties apply to defective merchandise. Products that you receive that are D.O.A. may be returned within 30 days after speaking with a Sun-West Cellular technician.
2. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective returns must be returned within the first 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If we receive a return that has not been authorized with a return authorization, you will automatically be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items returned, which are found to be incomplete and/or missing components, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as a charge per missing item.
3. Shipping Information
Products should be returned via an insured carrier within two weeks of receipt of the return authorization. All returns must be received in our Kelowna B.C. (Canada) warehouse. The address is as follows:

Product Availability
Sun-West Cellular Inc. cannot guarantee that a product will be available on a continued basis. Due to the nature of our business, quantities are limited to stock on-hand while supplies last.Warranties and Returns
All products purchased from sunwestcellular.com are warranted against defects. All defective products are first handled through the manufacturer. All defective returns handled on a repair/replacement basis only. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns for reasons other than defective are accepted only within the first 30 days. Compatibility not guaranteed.
For products with a one-year warranty, an Extended Service Plan may be purchased up to 120 days from date of purchase. Product must be received in the original manufacturer packaging in order to be processed.Pricing
The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that is charged.
No COD orders accepted. Internet shipping prices are not included in price.Payment Information
No credit card charges will occur until the order is shipped. Current billing address and phone information must be included in every order.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Purchase orders accepted upon credit approval.
Credit balances under $10.00 held on account.

Tax and Fees Sales Tax of 13% will be charged to British Columbia customers, orders outside B.C. (Within Canada) 7% G.S.T. and outside Canada NO TAX. A $6.00 box charge will be added to all large orders (10 items or more).Marketing our Product
